Whether you feel called to one specific ministry, or feel that you can serve in multiple, at SunnyRidge Church we beleive that we are biblically called to service; because service is one of the most powerful ways to build church community!
Volunteer Opportunities:
Do you have the gift of worship? Whether it be vocals, playing an instrument, or a desire to serve with our tech team; our worship team is the perfect place to find your fit and use your God given talent(s) to not only serve the church body, but also to serve the Lord during our worship service!
Have a heart for kids and the next generation of believers? Being apart of children's ministry is one of the most important and satisfying jobs that exists within a church body. Our Kid's ministry is looking for enthusiastic beleivers who are willing to pray with and for our kids as well as help encourage them in their faith journey. Whether you feel called to work with our infants, toddlers, middle schoolers, and/or youth group, there is a place for all volunteers who feel led to impact the lives of our next generation!
Have the gift of hospitality and cooking? Reach out to Pastor Rob about joining our list of monthly volunteers to come early on Tuesday evenings to prepare dinner. The Church will cover the cost of the meals, but we need our prep teams to volunteer their time and talent to make and serve the meals!
Are you ready and willing to meet new people and ensure each guest is welcomed at the door? Our SunnyRidge family prides itself on its warm and welcoming environment and our Usher & Greeter team is our first line of defense! Responsible for the first impression our new comers experiance as they come through the doors, our Usher & Greeter team is ready to shake hands, give a hug, or take a moment to pray with and encourage both our visitors and our seasoned saints.
Want to have an impact on the experiance our new comers have when they enter the building, but without having to shake as many hands? Our coffee bar volunteers commit to coming to service early to brew coffee and set the atmosphere at the coffee bar! We believe that community is the the foundation of a church family, and coffee gives a person the personality to get started!
